So in impulse I tried to buy Yoshi Story for $10 on my Wii U my credit card kept declining I tried to buy it thru Nintnedo's website, card declined I was wondering why it was declining, then I went to a website where it tells u how much balance is in my card and turns out I had $8 Which means that I didn't have enough money to buy the game I find it weird how the Eshop didn't try telling me that I didn't have enough funds and instead opted to decline my card I guess I'll never get to play Yoshi Story

Fun fact, my card is managed by my mom. The money on there is divided into "locked" money and "free" money.
Locked money is money that I cannot use, it is there just for the sake of being there and is reserved for whatever my mom wants to do with them.
Free money is money that I can use for whatever I want, I get about $25 free money each month.
