My accounts are divided into "not important", "kinda important" and "very important".

If I'm creating an account for something that I do not care about, I use one of 2 passwords that are easily guessable, and I remember the 2 passwords. They're the same for every website.

If the account is somewhat important, I use more secure passwords (upper/lowercase letters, numbers) from another 2 that I also remember, and are also the same for every website.

Very important accounts, with either valuable items or with admin rights are secured with either 2FA or a 500-character generated password that is impossible for a computer to crack, which is then stored in a password manager instead of my head.

You should seriously use the "very important" variant for this website, as you have an admin account which can ban users or access the admin panel.
