no, the popcat is that :

the OG CloneMii is CloneMii+, same message base
the only diffrence is that + has more skins for how CloneMii looks, but the OG CloneMii has since shut down but this is still up

Interesting thing about CloneMii+ is when I land onto my Activity Feed or something, it'll play the Miiverse menu music. So much memories I remembered from Miiverse back then. Don't you agree?
